Class Descriptions:
All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary to attend any of our classes.
Gentle Eclectic - An integrated movement class for increasing mobility, circulation and relaxation.
Kripalu Yoga - Kripalu yoga places an emphasis on harvesting compassion for the body mind and soul. This class is beginner friendly. Through breathing, stretching, and traditional asanas you will learn techniques for stress relief and relaxation from head to toe.
Meditation - Chant and pranayama based meditation including silent sitting. Donations appreciated. ($5)
Qi Gong - Gentle movement and breath techniques.
T'ai Chi - Learn an ancient method of movement that benefits the body, soul and mind.
Hatha Yoga - Using breath and movement, we move the body through ranges of motion, focus on balance and building awareness of the body and breath.
Kundalini Yoga - Kundalini Blessings: Meditations for the Aquarian Age.
As we transition into the Aquarian Age, we are being faced with challenges physically, mentally, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. We are so blessed to be given meditations to help us grow and cope through this transition. We will
heal ourselves using this technology and prepare for these changing times. De-stress, elevate, and connect with your destiny.
A Kundalini Blessings class will include:
• Kundalini yoga kriyas specifically taught by Yogi Bhajan to raise
the Kundalini energy
• Pranayam, (breath work)
• Naad Yoga or mantra chanting
Toddler Yoga - Following the child(ren)'s lead, both gross and fine motor skills are developed through yoga based play.
Yin Yoga - Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. This class is suitable for almost all levels of students.

Private classes are a wonderful way to learn about your body, explore poses (asana) and develop a personal yoga practice that benefits your whole being.
There will be no Toddler Yoga Classes on Tuesdays: March 9 and March 16. Classes will resume on Tuesday, March 23.
