 I am delighted and honored to join this talented group of teachers at The Santa Fe Community Yoga Center. My journey into the practice of yoga began as a transformational tool several years ago and then I fell in love! Since then I have been dedicated to the study and studentship of the ancient art of yoga. My yoga education is on-going and I am grateful to my teachers as I encounter them on my path. I am currently studying with Darren Rhodes and Christina Sell at Yoga Oasis in Tucson, Arizona. I teach a heart opening, uplifting class emphasizing alignment principles and muscle engagement. I welcome students of all levels and traditions and I strive to always provide encouragement and affirmation of the highest in everyone.
