I was lead to yoga by my love for movement, which started at the age of 3 in my first dance class.  My career as a yoga teacher was ignited by years as a dancer.  I strive for authenticity in my teaching and believe yoga is for everyone! Yoga has helped me live more fully, presently and openly. I like to encourage students to keep what serves them and release what does not.

I am a native Santa Fean, I was certified in Costa Rica- August 2011. I live in this beautiful city with my lovable dogs and love to create in the kitchen.
