Holy Cow!  That might take a lot more space than I would have in this blog.  But I could give you a thumbnail sketch.  I hope that is alright.

Ultimately, the entire purpose of yoga is to create balance in all things.  Balance of the mind, the body and the spirit.  If I were to have to boil it all down to a couple of sentences, this would be it.  We could talk about the side benefits of health and that would take pages.  But those are just that – side benefits.  I believe that the main goal of yoga is to create balance in our lives.  If you have other specific questions, please feel free to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
