Santa Fe Community Yoga’s Board of Directors

Maureen Lunn, President   Maureen is a writer/editor at the Los Alamos National Laboratory and a yoga teacher at the Los Alamos Family YMCA. She loved the SFCYC community the moment she walked in the door. She’s served on the Board since 2018 and occasionally subs yoga classes at the studio. With a master’s degree in International Studies, she's been involved in non-profit work for most of her career and is passionate about our mission to make yoga accessible to every body.

Norman Johnson, Treasurer   Norman is the Chief Scientist at Referentia Systems, a minority-owned business based in Honolulu that develops advanced technology solutions. Norman has been active in community service for the last 25 years, as an officer of the New Mexico Dance Coalition and other non-profits, and is a sought-after public speaker. He has served on the SFCY board for many years and brings a depth of experience and support.

Lisa Pacheco

Lisa is the Editorial Director at the Museum of New Mexico Press. An experienced book editor with a history of working in the publishing industry and a background in anthropology, Lisa brings a unique perspective to the Board. She came to the board after attending yoga classes at our studio regularly for many years.

Mark Huebner, Vice President   Mark is a yoga teacher, outdoor lover, and fitness instructor at Santa Fe’s Sunrise Springs. He has a degree in Environmental Education from Prescott College and has used this degree to teach and counsel in Expeditionary Learning Schools. As a yoga teacher, Mark focuses on Hatha yoga and deepening the practice of self-realization. He passionately shares the teachings that have so profoundly changed his life, and you can find him teaching Yoga of Recovery at our studio.

Mike Krupnick   Mike is the chief architect of  Krupnick Studio , which he founded in 1995, envisioning and building beautiful, environmentally sustainable buildings. He is an avid yogi along with his wife and two daughters, who are known around SFCY for attending yoga classes as a family. He’s passionate about the Yoga in Schools program, which his daughters have been involved in for many years.

Hamish Thompson

Hamish is a CPA who has a passion for financial health for individuals, organizations and companies. Hamish has been practicing yoga for many years and helped found and manage a community yoga center in Albuquerque before moving to Santa Fe, where he became a regular practitioner at our studio.
