Vinyasa Flow with Pranayama | Rina Escasa

I plan to start the practice with light breathwork, encouraging participants to establish their connection to their breath prior to moving through our practice. From there, I’ll head into a vinyasa practice, connecting breath to movement while offering alternatives throughout the practice to suit all bodies. I aim to have participants feeling connected to their body, and ready to take on the day!

About the instructor:

Rina found her love for yoga through movement, initially drawn to the energy and creativity of Vinyasa. As she continued to practice, she found herself drawn to the deeper teachings of yoga, learning how breathwork, mindfulness, and yoga philosophy can support life well beyond the physical postures.

Rina encourages students to explore their own edges, listen inward, and learn a little more about themselves each time they step onto the mat. In her classes, students can expect grounding movement, a touch of playfulness, and thoughtful variations that support every body. Rina hopes to cultivate an environment where each student feels empowered, present, and connected to their practice.
