Low and Slow Restorative Yoga | Hannah Yetwin

This 60-minute restorative class will focus on low to the ground shapes with some longer holds, focusing on rooting and grounding to prepare for the autumn and winter ahead.

About the instructor:

Hannah discovered yoga as an undergraduate student in 2010 and over time, has built upon the knowledge she's learned from every teacher since then. Her relationship to the practice shifted in 2019 while living in rural Marfa, TX, hundreds of miles from a good studio, where she developed a daily personal practice habit that stuck and carried her through the challenging years of the pandemic. Her practice supports efforts to sustain a regulated & aware mind and strength & mobility with longevity as a priority. She is especially fond of restorative/yin with lots of props, and creative standing balance flows. After 15 years of regular practice, she enrolled in a teacher training course to pay forward the significant benefits she's experienced from this work. Her classes focus on dynamic movement, longer restorative holds, and creative holds, and she hopes you will leave with a clear mind. She was 200 hr RYT certified in November 2025 at Santa Fe Community Yoga Center with Amy Jane Banfield and Julie Reynolds.
