Gentle Flow for Lymphatic Cleansing | Jamie Radenbaugh

In this gentle flowing class you’ll learn how yoga asana and pranayama connect to our powerful Lymphatic system. The practice will begin with an exploration of deep diaphragmatic breathing and then move to asanas to activate each lymphatic center. You’ll build warmth and softness in the tissues as you move through a full-body, gentle flow. Self-massage techniques for lymphatic drainage will also be offered.


About the instructor:

Jamie is a Yoga Alliance RYT 200; RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) based in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Her teaching focuses on helping students find comfort and ease in their practice, and expanding from that place of safety. She believes in the importance of releasing tension and finding joy through the practice. Jamie skillfully guides her students through an intuitive exploration of natural, healing movements.
