Yoga as Ceremony: The West Direction | Jamie Radenbaugh

This is a medium-advanced vinyasa class taught by Rae that honors the West direction of the Mexica medicine wheel. Part ceremony, part teaching, part yoga practice, this class combines the wisdom of the Mexica teachings with the philosophy of yoga. Come ready to honor and learn about both of these sacred lineages in community.
