Zen Yoga for Athletes | Lisa Galassini


This class is a vinyasa into hatha type class where we'll explore flows to feel strong then move into poses to release the areas where athletes tend to experience the most tension. It's for sure a self-love practice, with a focus on peace over power.


About the instructor:

I have been an athlete all my life, starting with running and soccer growing up and then running and triathlons in my adult life. Throughout my athletic adventures, I have run into several injuries and setbacks. I discovered yoga as an amazing practice to help me recover and strengthen both my body and spirit.

She is an entrepreneur, Certified Chopra Health/Meditation/Wellness Coach, a Yogi, Dancer and a minister of MSIA. Her work is representative of growth, depth, knowledge, and keeping the passion for life blooming in truth.
