About the instructor:
Kevin discovered yoga upon moving to Boulder Colorado in the mid 90s. As he embraced the rejuvenating effects to his body and mind, he felt transformed. A sense of spirit grew which enhanced his daily experience. Yoga delivered inner peace and joy into his daily moments, along with freedom of movement into his body. To enhance the lives of others through yoga is a passion he strives to fulfill. Sharing the insights of his practice he hopes to enlighten the community to the benefits of yoga for well-being, inner peace, and longevity.
