Yoga Nidra with Sound Bells | Kimberlie Soehnel & Jennifer Novicki
We will do a chakra balancing yoga nidra with sound waves of the same chakra. Yoga Nidra, which translates from Sanskrit to "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that takes you into a deep, conscious state of relaxation between wakefulness and sleep. You lie comfortably in Corpse Pose (Savasana) while a teacher guides you through body scans and breathwork to release tension and restore your nervous system
