Guided Hike & Meditation | Tenzin bhagen

This experience is designed to move beyond the analytical mind and guide practitioners toward thinking with the heart.

We will begin with a period of silent walking meditation, synchronizing our breath with our steps and the rhythm of the earth.

We will pause for a seated meditation where I will introduce the Tibetan-inspired practice of heart-based thinking.

We will conclude with a brief moment for questions or shared experiences.
