About the Instructors:
Amy Jane discovered yoga while visiting Santa Fe in 2011 and never imagined it would become both her calling and career. After more than a decade as a competitive synchronized swimmer and running two marathons, she completed her 200-hour Vinyasa certification through YogahOMe in Cincinnati, Ohio, followed by 300-hours of advanced training with Yoga Assets in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has also completed training in restorative yoga, yin yoga, meditation, and functional movement. Amy Jane is an RYT 500, E-RYT 200.
Amy Jane’s passion for teaching is rooted in helping students feel empowered in their bodies while stress and worries melt away. Her classes are fluid, dynamic, and thoughtfully sequenced, inviting students to practice with curiosity and playfulness. In addition to teaching weekly classes, she leads yoga teacher trainings and workshops. When she’s not teaching, you can find her hiking, baking, exploring the Farmers’ Market, drinking tea, art journaling, or enjoying a good book at a local coffee shop.
Julie Reynolds (E-RYT® 500, YACEP®) is an experienced Yoga teacher dedicated to helping students align all parts of themselves on and off the mat. Her classes combine an emphasis on body alignment, mindfulness, spirit, and attuning to body wisdom.
After completing a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2012, Julie remained dedicated to maintaining a beginner’s mind and continuing her own path as a student. She holds additional certifications in Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda. Julie leads yoga teacher trainings, guiding aspiring instructors through the foundations of yoga philosophy, alignment, sequencing, meditation, and the art of teaching. She is passionate about supporting students as they deepen their practice, develop confidence, and discover their authentic voice as teachers.
Known for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Her teaching integrates thoughtful sequencing, mindful alignment, breath awareness, and restorative practices, helping students build resilience, flexibility, and a deeper connection to themselves.
