Move the Way Love Moves | Annie Mullins
Move The Way Love Moves is an invitation to slow down, soften the hard edges, and offer tenderness to the places within that are ready for nourishment and care. This class offers a deep dive into sensory awakening, guiding you to attune to the subtle waves of your breath and your body’s natural rhythms. Through intuitive, mindful movement and heart-centered awareness, we’ll explore the visceral layers that help realign us with our true essence and our shared, sacred heart.
Expect a nourishing blend of fluid movement, breathwork, and embodied reflection that supports both grounding and expansion. This practice welcomes you exactly as you are and encourages you to move in ways that feel intuitive, authentic, and rooted in love.
