Monique Derfuss is the President of SoundWellness, LLC. She is a Kundalini Yoga teacher with over a thousand teaching hours. She is also a corporate wellness coach, gong practitioner/teacher, and Reiki Master treating animals and humans. She can be found regularly sharing the latest in wellness on regional television, in podcasts and in national magazines.
