Puppy Yoga | Lauren Roberts + Española Animal Shelter

We will be hosting a puppy yoga class for all levels. These will be adoptable puppies from Espanola Humane Society. I will create a barrier so the puppies are safe. This class will be very easy and we will stay low to the ground.

About the instructor:

Lauren Roberts is a bold, visionary entrepreneur and community builder originally from San Diego, now based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She is the founder of Dirty Laundry Hot Yoga, a high energy, radically inclusive studio known for its electric vibe, creative programming, and strong sense of tribe.
